Great location, apartment was great and felt very cozy. Everything is within walking distance. John’s place looked exactly like the pictures, very comfortable beds and full kitchen.

fantastic apartment steps from the lovely town centre. two minute walk and you're there. Kitchen very well equipped and with staples such as tea and coffee. Living room comfortable and great big Smart TV. Comfy beds and nice fluffy towels in the bathroom. Would definitely stay again. 10/10

During our visit, the city of Elroa had lots of fun activities for Halloween, which made the trip even better. The host was kind and responded quickly to any questions. We had a great time at the Gingerview in Elora! The home was clean, comfortable, and had all of the amenities you need. It also has a great location in town- everything is walkable. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book with John again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It is perfectly situated downtown Elora. There is lots of parking, and check-in was easy. The house was clean and it was ideal for 2 couples to enjoy as a base for the area. John was great to communicate with and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Advertised as 2.5 bath and it was a1.5 bath. Furniture in living area was not the same as online pictures. Less seating for sure. Location was great and beds were comfortable. Parking was very easy for two vehicles.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Gingerview! The two-floor layout was perfect — with the kitchen, living room, and powder room on the main floor, and the bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. John was a friendly and responsive host. Best of all, it’s just a 3-minute walk to Elora Mill and right in town, close to everything. Highly recommend!

The Gingerview apartment was spacious for four people and a dog for an evening. Parking was free and easy for a truck. The location couldn't be better for a wedding at the Elora Mill.

Our experience was great from the start. John was very responsive and informative with our family’s needs. The space was very clean and had everything we needed. Our dog joined us that weekend and felt at home in the space. The ice cream shop was an added bonus for the kids!

We were met when we arrived we also had good directions and key pad code..John was very helpful and welcoming.He’s had lovely tables where we could sit outside. Everything was walking distance.!!

This spot was perfect for our needs. Location is ideal - just steps away from The Foundry and The Mill. The space is even bigger than expected. John was very helpful and responsive, and let us check in early and check out late, which was so appreciated. Cleaning could be improved a bit. Very good value for the location and space!

We had a girls getaway weekend at this location. It was great! Only one complaint was that the microwave wasn't functioning. Other than that it was the perfect location, near all shops, bars, and Elora muse. Host was great to deal with, and the apartment had a great layout, styled very nicely and loved that we had two bathrooms. The property was very clean. I would definitely book this property again.

Overall, this property was spacious and well appointed and we enjoyed our stay very much. On the cleanliness side of things there was visible dust in certain areas such as on top of the fridge (we are tall people) and the ceiling fan. We liked that we could easily walk to several restaurants. We will come back to Elora

You can't get a better location than this place! It has a beautiful view of the Eloria Mill, right across from the LCBO, and the entire town is walkable for this place - and a bonus for us was the Foundry building for a wedding we were attending was basically right in the backyard. The unit is built into a cute red brick Elora Century Home, very photogenic exterior.

My wife and I came to Elora for a night away, and Johns place was perfect. Easily able to walk everywhere, very convenient for restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this location.

John’s place is in the perfect location if you have a wedding to attend at the Mill & Spa like we did, or if you wanted to be in the heart of the town and explore. The ceremony and reception we attended were within minutes walking distance, and it appears anything you’d like to get to in the town would also be within a short walking distance. John was super responsive as well, and very accommodating with our check in. We will definitely be back in the summer when we can explore the town a little more.

Great location! Super close to everything, like a 5 minute walk. The host was also very accommodating when it came to early and late check in/out. He is very quick to respond as well. My only concern was the cleanliness - it was good just not great. The shower could have been cleaner and had peoples left over empty shampoo bottles. Things didn't seem to be wiped down super well or cleaned out properly (we had to clean out to coffee maker, etc.). Extra care with this would make this place perfect but it was still a good stay.

Gingerview was awesome and we loved our stay there. It was close to the holiday season and we were lucky to find the booking. View from the place is amazing at night when the town is lit up for Christmas. Location is great and is in proximity with the town and Elora Mill. Easy to get to the main area and there are great restaurants at the walking distance. LCBO is right in front which is great :) The accommodation was lovely. Super clean, very well organized and decorated. amazing fragrance and very fresh. Beds were comfy and bed linens were clean and freshly washed too. We have a 16 months old and she loved the place too and it was really easy stay with a baby considering cooking for the baby and washing the utensils. Dishwasher was easy to operate and there was everything we required. We requested to extend the stay as the check out time was 11:00 am but it was our baby's lunch time and John accommodated the request very easily. I would highly recommend this Airbnb !!!

John was very accommodating by letting us check-in a bit earlier. The location is excellent, steps away from shops and restaurants. The listing states "dedicated workspace" but there isn't one, and "room-darkening shades" but there were only thin curtains, which can be a problem if early morning light interferes with your sleep.

If you have a function to attend at Elora this is a great place to stay. We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding and it was perfect. John is very responsive when he had questions. My only suggestion is to get blinds for the windows. The thin white curtains don’t do much for privacy or sunlight in the bedrooms.

First time experience with Airbnb. Booking and communication was easy. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. Bathroom was spacious with good-sized shower stall and a modern claw foot tub. Location was perfect for walking everywhere.Would definitely stay there again.

John’s place was conveniently located as described. Unfortunately, we felt that the pics must have been taken at least a few years ago, when renovations were still nice and fresh. In reality, the place can use a little face lift! The shower door didn’t close.

This is a 2 min walk to the mill and main St. So if your there for a wedding this is the place to stay. Hohn has other units in the same house so you can have family be close by together.

If you’re looking for a place to stay at Elora Mill, but don’t want to pay Elora Mill Prices, John’s place is perfect. It’s located almost on the property, and has a great vibe to it. We stayed with another couple, and felt right at home.

We stayed here for a wedding. It was super close to the venue (Elora Mill) which was fantastic. Also dog friendly so our fur babies were able to come along as well. We had a great stay and we will definitely be back in the future!

If you visit Elora this is a great place to stay. Easy to walk around the beautiful downtown. Bonus is that is right above super yummy ice cream!! The space was perfect for our 1 night stay in Elora.

The place was adorable, right in town so we could walk to where ever we wanted and bounces had the ice cream shop attached outside so we could get desert when we were done dinner. Would defiantly go again

There is an ice cream shop attached so from the living room you can hear noise, particularly if there is a loud group, but it’s fine with the TV or music on and you can’t hear anything from the bedrooms upstairs. Air BNB was beautifully kept. Very close to all the local restaurants, cafe and shops. Bonus the air bnb and on top of an ice cream shop. John was super fast in responding and the air bnb was everything the listing said it would be. My only pick to stay when I come to Elora next.

This was such a lovely place to stay. I was attending a wedding at Elora Mill and this was in an ideal location. We were easily able to walk to the venue as well as all of downtown Elora. Convenient parking was available, which was great as parking in town itself can be very busy. The space was beautiful and very clean. I would definitely stay again!

Lovely place in a perfect location. Nicely furnished and comfortable beds. We woke to a beautiful snowfall…… the parking area and sidewalks were promptly cleared.

Great stay at John’s place. Perfect location for walking and discovering downtown Elora. Place was clean. John responded quickly and was polite. The only issue was that the listing stated a crib & a pack n play but there was only a PNP. John responded promptly and acknowledged the error in the listing & made the necessary edit for future guests. Made the night a little longer for us but didn’t ruin our stay. Would stay there again.

The cleaning could have been better. There were stains on the kitchen counter/bathroom taps. A squashed fly on a bedroom ceiling, dust etc.
